Which organization or cause should get $50?

August’s poll is here!

Just a quick post for today to remind everyone about this month’s donation poll. Every month, I give $50 to an organization, show, candidate, etc. that is progressive-friendly. Previous winners have included everything from Jeff Waldorf’s Around the Nation (part of TYT Nation) to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

Who decides who gets the donation? You do! Here are the five choices for this month (click on the link to find out more about each), followed by the poll itself.
