Keep Calm and #FollowFriday

With all the craziness happening in the world right now, and in particular what came out of the US Supreme Court this past week, it’s frankly been very hard to not just give up. But seeing the number of people who share my outrage and hopelessness, both old-time friends and mutual followers and new ones, has reminded me that no matter how bad it gets, we mustn’t give up and we must fight together.

And to fight together, we need to find other people who share our values — not necessarily agreeing on every single point, but who agree on fundamentals like fighting fascism and racism, respecting and protecting everyone’s reproductive rights.

Here’s my Follow Friday thread for today. I feel honored to be followed by these people — nearly 2000 total now — and hope that we can learn from each other and make each other stronger in these dark days.
