What counts as “platforming”?

For now, I’ll be posting both on here and on Substack until I get a better idea of which works better both for me and in terms of getting my posts out to people. If you don’t know what Substack is, which I didn’t until recently, it’s somewhat of a mix between a blogging platform and a social media site. You don’t need to have an account to read content on there.
