Yes, Virginia, There Is a Black Santa Claus

 
 

I saw this when I was out a while ago. I think it definitively settles the perennial War On Christmas question about whether or not Santa is white. Sorry-not-sorry to all the racists out there.

Maybe tomorrow I’ll come across an inflatable Jesus so we can put that one to rest, too. 

You can check out the links (underlined text) above for more actual info on both of these. The TLDR version is that there’s no reason to think either St. Nicholas or Jesus were white, which if you think about where they were from makes perfect sense.

Food for thought for people who need a fun subject to fight about at holiday gatherings this year.
